I’m BAAACCCKKKK!!!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I have returned from my vacation and am rip roarin’ and ready to go!
Last night we hosted the wonderful and talented Carol Kicinski’s Simple Suppers Gluten Free Cooking Class here in Tampa.
The menu featured Gluten AND Grain Free Chicken Piccata, Quinoa Pilaf, an Arugula Salad with Shaved Parmesan, and Blueberry Fool for dessert. Participants received Gluten Free Goodie Bags featuring products by Bakery On Main, Pamela’s, 3Bar, Nature’s Path, Lucy’s Cookies, and Envirokidz and were given a chance to enter a drawing for a Gluten Free Gift Bag jam-packed with items by Kinnikinnick, Tree of Life, Bob’s Red Mill, Bakery on Main, Pamela’s, Envirokidz, Blue Diamond, and Lucy’s Cookies! After their class, participants were given a Gluten Free Store Tour, by yours truly. It was a wonderful evening of learning, sharing, and fun!
