Another Monday and another meatless recipe!

Bust out those grills and get ready for a totally vegged-out good time! Start by making one of these delicious entrees, and pair with the today’s recipe!
Grilled Summer Vegetables
(Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free, Vegan)
Ingredients:
- 1 Zucchini, sliced into half moons
- 1 Yellow Squash, sliced into half moons
- 1 small bunch Asparagus
- 1 Yellow Onion, roughly chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, julienned
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, julienned
- 1 pint Grape Tomatoes
- 2 Tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tblsp Frontier Organic No-Salt Added Poultry Seasoning
- 1 Tblsp Frontier Organic Italian Seasoning Blend
- juice of 1 Lemon
Directions:
- Heat grill.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until thoroughly coated.
- Place vegetables in a grill pan, or on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil, and place on hot grill.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and cook about 15 minutes until just cooked through.
