Something spooky is afoot in the Rollin’ Oats kitchen.
For a few days, we have been hearing odd creaks, bumps, & groans coming from the kitchen. Today, the cause of the noise made itself known! We have a ghost…. in a cup, that is!
Enjoy this ghostly drink that is definitely more treat than it is trick!
Ghostly White Hot Chocolate
(Gluten-Free, Nut-Free)
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 3 cups Vanilla Soy Milk, divided
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
- In a large saucepan, combine 1/4 cup Vanilla Soy Milk, White Chocolate Chips, Cinnamon Stick, & Nutmeg.
- Simmer over low heat, stirring continuously, until chips are melted.
- Discard the cinnamon stick.
- Add the remaining Vanilla Soy Milk and simmer, stirring, until heated through.
- Serve garnished with ground cinnamon.
