Ah, Meatless Monday… We meet again!
It’s time to start another week off on the right foot with a healthy meat-free meal. This week, it’s an oldie, but a goody. Homemade Black Bean Burgers will fill the heartiest of appetites & are an excellent source of protein & fiber.
Pair with oven-baked sweet potatoes fries or roasted Kabocha squash, and you have a meal made in meatless heaven!
