Backyard Broccoli Salad
- 1 large bunch Broccoli
- 1 small Red Onion, diced
- 1/2 c Tree of Life Organic Seedless Raisins
- 1/2 c Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise
- 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tblsp Sugar or Agave Nectar
- 3/4 lb Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Cut broccoli into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, combine Vegenaise, vinegar, and sugar until mixed thoroughly.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss gently until fully coated.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Add crumbled turkey bacon just before serving.
