First visit Saturday and took home the Spinach Garlic soup. OMG. I looked all over for the recipe and can’t find it. It is a lot of minced garlic with barely wilted fresh spinach, very light but great flavor. How can I make it for evening drink?? It is very very good!

Best way to do this is to first put the onions, garlic and spices in a bit of olive oil and sweat them until they are translucent. Be careful not to burn the garlic as that will make it bitter, so put it in when onions are nearly done. Then add the vegetable stock and spinach….that’s about it! should take about 10 minutes!
